In 2126 AD, the Doomsday Arena descends upon the mortal realm. This colossal arena emerging from the void acts as both the terminator of the old world and the cradle of a new one. Only the race that defeats all gods and claims the championship in the arena can obtain the "ticket" to the new era. All losers will be ground into nourishment by the World-End Millstone. As the great catastrophe arrives, the Great Xia Divine Race seizes mysterious transcendence quota to ascend to the new world with their entire clan in advance, leaving the humans of Great Xia stranded in the old world. Worse still, the gods’ act of transcendence angers the Heavenly Dao. Ancient history is sealed, and the past of human ancestors fades into mist. Once the news leaks, eight major Western divine races form the Pantheon Council. Led by the Yahweh Divine System, they launch an extermination challenge against Great Xia humans in the Doomsday Arena, forcing the Great Xia gods to hand over more transcendence quotas. The tournament adopts a best-of-five format. Great Xia loses the first two rounds. Michael spreads his four wings and slashes away demigod heroes summoned by Great Xia, including Lü Bu and Xiang Yu. In the match point round, Michael unleashes his full divine power, forcing all Great Xia team members to their knees. He roars for them to summon their deity, or watch Great Xia perish. At this desperate moment, time-traveler Zhou Ping steps forward. In the blood-soaked predicament, he cuts his palm as sacrifice. Reciting the oath "Stars witness my resolve; I offer my blood for Xuanyuan", he knocks on the spirit tablets in the Ancestral Temple. The Human Emperor Xuanyuan descends, riding a dragon and tearing apart dark clouds. Xuanyuan clashes with Michael’s flaming holy sword. Yet Zhou Ping is merely an ordinary human without divine power, unable to fully merge with the deity like Western summoners. Burning his own vitality to force fusion, his bony arms tremble, as he chants another desperate verse: "Blood nourishes the grass on Central Plains; frost awakens spring amid frozen land." Xuanyuan’s armor shatters and reforms into black dragon scale armor, with an Ying Dragon coiled on the left shoulder and the drought demon Hanba roaring on the right. Charging with the South-Pointing Chariot, Xuanyuan shatters the Lance of Longinus, and Michael dissolves into light specks. This marks Great Xia’s first victory. Zhou Ping is tempered by the Huangdi Neijing and appointed captain of the Great Xia team. Fresh off the victory, Zhou Ping does not yield to euphoria. He clearly understands that the Huoyun Cave forces alone cannot stand against the allied eight divine races. He devises a strategy of alliance and division: internally, he leads the team to restore the Ancestral Temple and summon the Huoyun Cave army with incense offerings. Externally, he uses transcendence quotas as bait to stir conflicts among the eight divine races.
